Bansi is an older wheat variety with a rounder grain and a distinct flavour that modern atta doesn't have. Sourced from Akola district and freshly milled from naturally grown Bansi wheat — the slightly yellow-tinged flour tells you nothing has been bleached or brightened.

Rotis have a more pronounced wheat flavour than modern atta. Good for everyday cooking where you want the grain to taste like itself.
