Black Raisins (Kali Kishmish) 100g

Naturally dried Black Raisins (Kali Kishmish) — no added sugar, no artificial preservatives. Dried from black grapes using a sun-drying method. Darker and slightly more tart than golden raisins, with a concentrated flavour that comes from the grape, not from added sweeteners.

Use in kheer, laddoos, pulao, or as a snack on their own. Soak in water overnight — the soaked raisins and the soaking water are both traditionally used in the morning.
