Desi Ghee

Made using the traditional Bilona method — curd is hand-churned to extract butter, which is then slowly heated until the milk solids separate and the ghee runs clear. Sourced from Gujarat. The pale gold colour is the result of A2 cow milk processed without shortcuts or heat acceleration.

Rich, nutty aroma when melted. One teaspoon in a dal changes the dish — the flavour is present in a way that commercial ghee isn't. Available in 150ml and 500ml.
