Flax Seeds 100g

Naturally grown Flaxseeds (Alsi/Tisi) — cleaned and packed without additives or artificial treatment. Small, flat, and nutty — with a mild, slightly bitter edge when eaten raw. The seeds are best used whole, dry-roasted, or freshly ground; pre-ground flaxseed oxidises quickly.

Add to atta dough, sprinkle over dahi or cereal, dry-roast and mix into chutneys, or grind fresh in small quantities. 100g is enough to use over 3–4 weeks.
