Naturally grown Foxtail Millet (Kangni/Kakum) — one of the oldest cultivated millets. Cleaned and packed without artificial treatment or additives. Slightly sweet, with a texture that holds together when cooked — it doesn't dissolve into a paste like some of the smaller millets.
Works as a rice substitute in khichdi, upma, or pulao. Also works in millet porridge for breakfast.
