Garlic Achar 200g

Sun-dried garlic marinated in cold-pressed mustard oil with natural spices and salt — no vinegar, no artificial preservatives, no synthetic colour. Made using a traditional pickling method in Wardha district. The cold-pressed oil carries the spice blend into the garlic over the marination period.

Sharp, pungent, and deeply flavoured. A small quantity goes a long way as an accompaniment to dal-rice or roti.
