Khapli Wheat Atta 1kg

Khapli is an ancient Emmer wheat variety — lower gluten than modern hybrid wheat, with a deeper, nuttier flavour. It's been grown in India for thousands of years before modern varieties replaced it. Sourced from Nagpur district and milled using traditional stone mills at low RPM — slow enough to preserve what the grain holds.

Rotis made with Khapli atta are softer and slightly coarser than refined atta, with a mild nutty flavour that comes through in the cooking.
