Naturally processed thick Flattened Rice (Poha) — no synthetic preservatives, no artificial treatment. Thick poha holds its shape better than thin varieties when soaked and cooked — it doesn't go mushy in the pan.
For kanda poha, batata poha, or chivda. Rinse just before cooking — 2 minutes in water is enough. Don't leave it soaking.
