Whole White Quinoa — cleaned and packed without additives or preservatives. A protein-containing grain that cooks like rice — absorbs water, becomes light and fluffy, and works as a base for bowls, khichdi, or upma.
Rinse well before cooking to remove the natural coating (saponin) that can make it bitter. Cook in a 1:2 ratio with water for about 15 minutes.
